The nature of the picnic is accessible to the public.
We don’t offer refunds, but we can always reschedule your picnic on our available date if you give us 24-hour notice.
All bookings must be done a minimum of 7 days prior with full price must be paid when we confirm your booking via email to secure the date. At this time, we are working on a debit/credit card system and only accept e-transfer via Zelle 1(415)939-4257 and Venmo @kayletinio for a contact-free payment.
LOCATION
We cannot guarantee an exact location although we will do our best to acquire access to your booked location. If we cannot get access due to some big events or road closures, we will set up in another suitable location nearby. All local rules, signs, laws, and other permissions apply. We cannot guarantee privacy as these are public spaces and there will be times these places might be packed with people, especially during the weekends.
WEATHER
Unfortunately, the weather is out of our control. The location of an event can be changed due to weather the day before the event or rescheduled at our next available time or date.
DAMAGED OR LOSS ITEMS
Each piece is carefully inspected prior to packing. However, the client will be required to inspect the equipment to ensure all requested items have been provided and that each piece is free of damage and makes contact with The Project Drama Events if there are any issues. Failure to contact the hire company within the Two (2) hour window will result in the client being liable for any damage. The client is liable for any equipment damaged in transit if being transported by the client. If an item is broken, the client is required to carefully collect the broken pieces (where possible) and return to The Project Drama Events If collecting the pieces is not possible (i.e. a shattered glass/ceramic) the client should take a photo and send to the hire company for record.
ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
It is the responsibility of the customer to check the alcohol laws of any venue or public space being used for the picnic. The Project Drama Events take no responsibility for any alcohol consumption or penalties incurred.
TAKING PHOTOGRAPHS
We reserve the right to take photographs of our event setups and styling for our social media purposes. We will not take photos of our customers or guests without their permission. We welcome photos from you and reserve the right to use these on our promotional platforms.
HIRE AND EQUIPMENT
The person that has made the booking has full responsibility of the hired equipment. We take no responsibility for any injury that may have been caused by our equipment.
LIABILITY
The hire company shall in no way be held responsible or accountable for any damage, injury, death or loss of income caused to the client, any third parties, or properties due to the hire of equipment or provided services by the hire company. All equipment is hired and is the responsibility of the client until returned to the hire company.
The Project Drama Experience will collect all dirty dishes and will provide a trash bag and will dispose of the bag for you.
